Sales Representative Team Lead
Full-Time Employment : Base pay + commissions + full benefits
Vertical Ownership : Boutique Studio & Wellness sales nationwide

Ideal Candidate (Boutique Studio & Wellness Focus):
2+ years selling to Boutique Studio & Wellness owners
Proven closing $25K+ monthly fitness amenity deals
Existing relationships with Boutique Studio & Wellness managers and owners
Independent hunter who thrives on relationship sales
Daytime availability M-F with travel flexibility
Understands Boutique Studio & Wellness needs: client-friendly equipment, fast installs, 24/7 service backup, boutique resort aesthetics

Position Summary: Own end-to-end Boutique Studio & Wellness from your local base:

• Sell new and upgrades (strength + cardio + recovery) for Boutique Studio & Wellness
• Design, procure equipment, install, service, asset/warranty management
• Target your local market + national Boutique Studio & Wellness spaces.
• Leverage our full-service edge over OEMs and national chains

Job Requirements
Boutique Studio & Wellness sales track record ($25K+ monthly closes)
Reliable transportation for property visits
High School Diploma or GED
Clean background & drug test
Professional appearance

Work Schedule & Pay
Part-time (15-20 hrs/wk) or full-time, M-F daytime
15-25% travel for key properties
100% commission start (uncapped on construction companies and general contractors deals)
Contractors first 3 months/200 hours full-time eligible
