Business Systems Analyst

A federal client of Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This team is working in a medical warehouse environment supporting a large government agency. This person will be responsible for understanding the different systems that the customers use, the customer's unique business problems that need solutions, and then creating a business solution that focuses on condensing the amount of tools or systems that are being used with cost, maintenance and scalability in mind. This person needs the ability to research/understand business problems and create a solution that fits into the budget and schedule needed. IF this person has OCI (Oracle cloud) or experience with the Microsoft Powerplatform then it is a huge plus This team is looking for someone who is coachable on environment specifics and has a good understanding of different warehouse management systems/ERP systems. This person will be expected to communicate with state officials, hospital leadership, and other high-level individuals so this team is looking for someone who is professional and sharp

Compensation:
$27/hr to $32/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in a BA role (this is not flex)
• Systems experince with ERP/Inventory based systems
o SAP, Oracle, WMS, etc.
• Understanding of the pros and cons with low code solutions
• Data visualization exp. (large data sets structured or unstructured- professional looking spreadsheet)
o Tableau, Power BI
• Strong excel exp.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous gov exp
• Systems experince with ERP/Inventory management-based systems
• Powerplatform (pros and cons with low code solutions)
• Project management Experience
o working with tons of stakeholders- translate business needs to tech requirements, working with lots of customers or u of the products that they are working with
