Your Role in This Journey

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering appropriate tests, and creating personalized care plans
• Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic health issues collaboratively with physicians or independently, as credentialing dictates
• Providing education to patients and families on prevention, wellness, and chronic illness management
• Prescribing medications and interventions within your scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and ongoing management of chronic conditions

Qualifications for Your Success

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or relevant specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire within 90 days)
