Coordinator IV – Program Integration and Institutional Research Job ID: 7507 Date Posted: 7/2/2026 Location: District Service Center Reports to: Director, Program Integration and Institutional Research Pay Grade: 404 Days: 239 Days Salary: $85,893 - $103,487 FSLA Status: Exempt Position Purpose TheCoordinatorofProgramIntegrationandInstitutionalResearchsupportstheDistrict'sinstructional technologyapplications,assessmentplatforms,learningmanagementsystems,digitalresources, application integrations, and related program evaluation and institutional research initiatives. Thisrolecoordinatesdigitalapplicationintegrations,datasharingagreements,interoperabilityprocesses, stakeholder engagement surveys, and external research requests to support student learning and educator effectiveness aligned to District priorities through strong data governance, interoperability, and user access processes. In collaboration with cross-functional departments, the coordinator designs, conducts, and implements rigorous evaluations of strategic initiatives and statutorily required programs, providing actionable insights that improve program effectiveness, inform decision-making, and advance District priorities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Serves as the District administrator for instructional enterprise technology platforms by overseeing system administration, user access, interoperability, data governance, technical support,andvendorpartnershipstoensuresecure,reliable,andeffectivetechnologyservicesthat support student learning, educator effectiveness, and District operations. Coordinates the deployment, implementation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of Districtwide instructional technology applications, assessment platforms, digital resources, applicationintegrations,andinteroperabilitytechnologies,includinguseraccess,provisioning, and data synchronization. Coordinates cross-functional projectsinvolvinginstructionaltechnology,digitalresources, system integrations, program evaluation, and strategic District initiatives by facilitating communication, managing timelines, and supporting successful implementation. Coordinates Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs), external research requests, and Institutional ReviewBoard(IRB)processestoensureeffectivedatagovernance,privacy,andoperational oversight. Collaborates with cross-functional departments to design, conduct, and implement rigorous evaluationsofstrategicinitiativesandstatutorilyrequiredprograms,providingactionableinsights to improve effectiveness and outcomes. Coordinates stakeholder engagement surveys, program evaluations, and other data collection initiatives by developing survey instruments, administering data collection activities, analyzing results,andcommunicatingfindingsthatsupportcontinuousimprovementandstrategicdecision-making. Develops and maintains program evaluation frameworks, performance measures, and success metricstoassessimplementationfidelity,operationaleffectiveness,andoutcomesofinstructional initiatives. Collects, analyzes, and interprets qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate programs, identify trends,measureoutcomes,anddeveloprecommendationsthatsupportstrategicdecision-making. Developsreports,presentations,andtechnicaldocumentationtocommunicatefindings,support operational planning, and inform District leadership and stakeholders. CollaborateswithDistrictdepartments,campuses,vendors,andexternalpartnerstoevaluate, implement,support,andcontinuouslyimproveinstructionaltechnology systems,operational processes, and District initiatives. Developsandmaintainsuserguides,standardoperatingprocedures,jobaids,andothersupport resources while serving as a technical and operational resource for District staff. Maintainsdocumentationfordigitalintegrations,applicationinventories,programevaluation activities, research requests, vendor implementations, and associated agreements to support accountability and informed decision-making. Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling and availability, including extended or adjusted work hours during peak compliance periods, monitoring cycles, and critical deadlines, to ensure timely and accurate execution of responsibilities. Safety Performspreventivemaintenanceontools andequipmentandensuresequipmentisansafe operating condition. Followsestablishedsafetyproceduresandtechniquestoperformjobdutiesincludingliftingand climbing; operates tools and equipment according to established safety procedures. Abilitytocoordinatecross-functionalinitiativesinvolvinginstructionaltechnology,program evaluation, institutional research, and strategic District priorities. Abilitytocommunicatetechnicalandanalyticalinformationeffectively totechnicalandnon-technical audiences. Abilitytoexercisesoundjudgment,maintainconfidentiality,andapplypolicieswhenhandling sensitive data and research activities. Abilitytoidentifyoperationalchallenges,developpracticalsolutions,andadapt tochanging priorities while meeting established deadlines. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor'sdegreefromaccreditedcollegeoruniversityinEducation,ComputerScience, or a related field required. Advancedgraduatedegreeinarelevantfield preferred Certification/License: ValidTexasteachingcertificatepreferred Experience: Minimumofthree(3)yearsofprogressivelyresponsibleexperiencesupporting instructional technology, enterprise technology systems, program evaluation, institutional research, or a closely related field. Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple departments, vendors,andstakeholderstoensurealignmentandsuccessfulimplementationpreferred. Demonstrated experience implementing, managing, or supporting instructional technologyplatforms,digitalresources,orsystemintegrationsatscalepreferred. Experiencesupportingapplicationintegrations,interoperabilitystandards(e.g.,SSO, LTI, and rostering), and enterprise technology systems across multiple platforms preferred.
