This role owns demand generation performance, experimentation strategy, and pipeline contribution, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.You will be responsible for translating growth objectives into measurable programs across paid, organic, lifecycle, and conversion optimization initiatives.## Key responsibilities### Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth* Own pipeline and revenue contribution targets across inbound and outbound growth programs* Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned to ICPs and buying stages* Partner with Sales and RevOps to optimize lead flow, qualification, and conversion### Experimentation & Optimization* Design and run structured growth experiments across channels including paid media, website, and lifecycle campaigns* Optimize conversion rates across key funnel stages using data and insights* Establish clear hypotheses, success metrics, and post-experiment learnings### Channel Strategy & Execution* Manage performance across channels including paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and retargeting* Partner with agencies and internal teams to scale programs efficiently* Ensure campaigns align with enterprise positioning and brand standards### Lifecycle & Retention Marketing* Develop lifecycle programs for lead nurturing, product adoption, expansion, and retention* Partner with Product and Customer Success to drive usage, engagement, and upsell* Improve customer journey experiences through targeted, timely messaging### Analytics & Reporting* Own growth dashboards and performance reporting across funnel metrics* Track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity* Present insights, performance, and recommendations to leadership### Qualifications* 6–9+ years of experience in **Growth Marketing or Demand Generation** for **B2B SaaS*** Proven experience owning pipeline and revenue outcomes* Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in experimentation and optimization* Experience partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills### Preferred Experience* Experience marketing to enterprise or mid-market buyers* Familiarity with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees* Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)* Background in data-driven, performance-oriented marketing environments### What We Offer* Opportunity to drive growth for an enterprise-focused SaaS platform* High-impact role with clear ownership of pipeline and results* Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits* Collaborative, in-person culture in **New York, NY**Dallas, TX### Compensation**Base Salary Range:*** New York, NY: $140,000 – $175,000* Dallas, TX: $125,000 – $160,000Additional:: Bonus, equity, and full benefits## At a glanceLocation: New York, NY and Dallas, TXEmployment type: Full-timeLocation type: On-siteDepartment: Product & MarketingApply for this role## Apply for Growth Marketing ManagerFields marked with \* are required.
