We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in the Majesco Policy Administration System (PAS) and Majesco Billing to bridge business needs and technical delivery on insurance platform initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong insurance domain knowledge with proven analysis and configuration skills. Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Majesco PAS and Billing modules.
• Support policy lifecycle processes (new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations) and billing operations (invoicing, payments, commissions, disbursements).
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Support data mapping, system integrations, and migration efforts.
• Conduct gap analysis, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist with defect triage.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for Majesco Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Majesco PAS and Majesco Billing (configuration and/or implementation).
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes: underwriting, policy administration, and billing workflows.
• Proficiency in requirements documentation (BRD/FRD), user stories, and process modeling.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications
• Majesco platform certification.
• Experience with system integrations (APIs, web services).
• Knowledge of reinsurance, claims, or downstream reporting.
