Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room Department: 37703 AMC Manitowoc County - Surgery Room Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours per week: 36 Pay range: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour Location 5000 Memorial Drive, Two Rivers, WI 54241 Schedule and On‑Call Surgical Services operates Monday‑Friday 07:00‑17:00 with 8‑hour (07:00‑15:30) or 10‑hour (07:00‑17:00) shifts. Coverage includes mixture of 26 hrs weekly (mix) or 40 hrs weekly (strict). On‑call: typically every 10th weekend and 2‑3 weekdays per month. Weekday call: 15:00‑07:00; weekend call: Friday 15:00 – Monday 07:00. Qualifications Completion of accredited nursing program; Registered Nurse license in state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care in operating room using nursing process and evidence‑based practice; Lead or participate in patient safety and experience initiatives across continuum; Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to facilitate surgical workflow and patient outcomes. Compensation Base pay within listed range based on qualifications, experience; Shift and on‑call premiums; incentive pay for selected positions; performance based annual increases.
