Technical Recruiter

SciTec is hiring an experienced Technical Recruiter to source, attract, and hire technical talent for an on-site role in Princeton, NJ . Responsibilities Create clear, accurate, and goal-aligned job descriptions in partnership with recruiting needs Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, networking, job fairs, and referrals Review resumes and perform initial screenings to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and recruitment strategy Coordinate and schedule interviews, support technical assessments, and provide timely candidate feedback Assist with offer activities, including extending offer letters Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring Maintain accurate candidate data and organized recruiting records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in technical recruiting Strong understanding of technical skills and experience recruiting for roles such as software developers, engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers Strong organization and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Self-starter who can self-teach, take initiative, and find answers independently Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and good judgment Experience with Workable ATS preferred Tech-savvy with ability to learn systems quickly and analyze and interpret data Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Experience with job boards including Indeed, Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn, and Handshake Must be a U.S. Citizen Resumes, cover letters, and applications generated by AI will not be considered Technologies Workable ATS Applicant tracking system (ATS) Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint Indeed, Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn, Handshake Compensation USD 97,000 - 128,000 per year Benefits 4% Safe Harbor 401(k) match Medical insurance: 100% company paid HSA coverage, with 2 buy-up options Dental insurance: 80% company paid Vision insurance: 100% company paid Life insurance: 100% company paid Long-term Disability insurance: 100% company paid Hospital Indemnity insurance: 100% company paid Voluntary Accident and Critical Illness insurance Short-term Disability insurance Annual Profit-Sharing Plan Discretionary Performance Bonus Paid Parental Leave Generous Paid Time Off including Holiday, Vacation, and Sick Pay Flexible Work Hours Important Notice SciTec exclusively works on U.S. government contracts that require U.S. citizenship for all employees Applicants who do not meet the U.S. citizenship requirement will not be considered #J-18808-Ljbffr HR Jobs
