Wellness Director

Wellness Program Leader
Develop and lead engaging wellness programs that enhance physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Inspire residents through fun fitness classes, wellness challenges, and community events. Oversee daily operations of the Wellness Center — staffing, safety, scheduling, and equipment maintenance. Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of wellness throughout the community. Bring fresh ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to make wellness meaningful and fun!
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum two years of experience designing or leading wellness or fitness programs (senior living experience a plus).
- Current CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety certifications.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
