Strategic Customer Success Manager - Remote Leadership

Zillow Group Inc. is hiring a Manager, Customer Success – Strategic Segment to lead a high-impact team serving our largest, most complex agent customers across a multi-product portfolio including Showcase, Zillow Pro, and Follow Up Boss.
You will coach managers to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, create strategic account plans, and connect Zillow’s products to customers’ business priorities and growth goals. Travel about 20% of the time; this Remote role supports U.S.
