Debt Finance Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Debt Finance Associate to join its Finance Practice Group in Dallas, TX. The associate will engage in a variety of debt finance transactions, including drafting, negotiating, and executing financing documents, and advising on credit facilities. Duties Support a broad range of debt finance transactions. Draft, negotiate, and execute financing and ancillary documentation. Advise on credit facilities and financing arrangements. Collaborate with partners and attorneys across practice groups. Interact directly with clients and manage transaction aspects. Assist in moving matters from initiation through closing. Requirements 3-6 years of debt finance transactional experience. Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple matters effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sound professional judgment and client service orientation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Education: JD from an ABA accredited law school. Certifications: Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted; Timely admission to the Bar of the hiring office's state required.
