Job Title Accounting Clerk (Temporary - 3 Months, Temp-to-Hire Potential) Pay Rate $21 - $26 per hour Location Upland (onsite) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on business needs and performance. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile bank and account statements Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems Assist with month‑end closing activities Support audits and document preparation as needed Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding billing and payments Qualifications 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Additional Information This is a temporary position for approximately 3 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role depending on company needs and individual performance.
