Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III/IV NICU setting, including specialized care for patients with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) with average lengths of stay of 2–3 years
• Perform frequent trach care and engage in heavy parent involvement and family-centered care
• Float to PICU, CV PICU, stepdown, and medical/surgical units as needed, with appropriate assignments provided in each area
• Float to additional campuses as required, including facilities in the Columbus, OH area
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality neonatal care

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio State RN License – must be in hand at time of submission
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Level IV NICU experience
• Minimum 2 years of total Level III/IV NICU experience
• Willingness and ability to float to multiple units and campuses per facility expectations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with tracheostomy care and management in a neonatal or pediatric population
• Familiarity with PICU, CV PICU, or stepdown environments
• Strong family communication and parent education skills
