We are seeking an experienced systems engineer with strong technical depth in military system development and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to develop innovative, mission-focused solutions to complex challenges. Responsibilities:Design and establish architecture for battlefield network and command and control systems.Develop and manage system requirements throughout the lifecycle, ensuring traceability, verification, and compliance with program objectives.Provide expertise in open systems standards, mission engineering, software design, all as part of an integrated digital approach.Apply mission engineering principles to optimize and analyze system and subsystem performance across diverse platforms and operational environments.Collaborate with mission engineers, platform architects, and stakeholders to translate operational needs into executable system architectures and integrated technical solutions.Desired Skills:Familiarity with Product Line Engineering a plusExperience with common Digital Engineering toolsQualificationsBS 5-7, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2 (Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master's degree preferred).Experience with one or more of the following:NoMagicMagicDrawCameoSysMLUPDMIBM RhapsodyMust possess and maintain a Secret Clearance.EEO Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and federal government contractor.
