Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our HVAC and plumbing company. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to oversee daily operations, drive growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for customer satisfaction to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the overall operations of the HVAC and plumbing company, including service delivery, project management, and customer relations

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational efficiency

- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure profitability

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians, sales staff, and administrative personnel

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and local codes

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners

- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to keep the company competitive

- Handle high-level client issues and resolve operational challenges promptly

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing HVAC, plumbing, or related service companies

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices

- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis

- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field experience preferred
