Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon

Carondelet Medical Group is seeking a fellowship-trained Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-volume, rapidly expanding orthopedic program at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tucson, AZ. This full-time, employed position offers a referral-rich environment with strong clinical infrastructure, allowing for rapid ramp-up into an established, busy practice. The role provides a balanced schedule with a focus on surgical success supported by a multidisciplinary team and advanced tools.

Practice Info

• High-volume, rapidly expanding orthopedic program
• Certified Joint Replacement Center covering knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle procedures
• 60% outpatient / 40% surgical split
• Average 25 patients per clinic day; 8-12 surgeries per week
• Access to MAKO robotic-assisted surgery system
• On-campus clinic, OR, and inpatient care for seamless transitions

Requirements

• MD or DO
• BE or BC in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Total Joint / Adult Reconstruction
• Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain state licensure
• J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available
