Responsibilities Manage employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services, and processes comply with requirements Develop and execute business plans and technical strategies Provide education and coaching on the Quality Management System Make compliance-related determinations as applicable Acquire and manage resources leading process improvement initiatives Develop and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships Manage, develop, and motivate employees to achieve performance goals Lead cross-functional collaboration for program objectives Promote standard work and continuous improvement practices Requirements 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Aviation, Aerospace, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, or Supplier Quality Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint At least one year of experience in a leadership role or completion of the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership" #J-18808-Ljbffr
