Interim Director of Nursing

As a fully independent company, Pathway can focus on understanding and addressing client's needs. Job Description Pathway Health is looking for an Interim Director of Nursing. The Interim Director of Nursing will perform a full range of professional interim assignments. Duties Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing and implementing systems, processes and other needs as requested Identify training needs; plan and conduct training/in-services as requested Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines. Assist clients as requested in the selection and hiring of key management staff. Functions within scope of work as defined by the client Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations Qualifications Must have current RN license in state Must have three years of RN Management skills (preferably) in long term care Excellent leadership, communication and customer service orientation Able to build solid relationships with all levels of staff, interdisciplinary team, residents and families Must be Flexible for travel Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pathway Health Services
