The Corporate Executive Assistant serves as the primary administrative liaison to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team by coordinating governance activities, preparing board materials, documenting official meetings, maintaining board records, tracking action items, and providing executive administrative support.

• Coordinate Board and committee meetings.
• Prepare board packets.
• Attend meetings and record official minutes.
• Prepare and distribute draft and final minutes
• Maintain agendas with the CEO
• Coordinate annual board calendar.
• Coordinate new board member orientation.
• Coordinate Executive Leadership Team agendas and minutes.
• Schedule executive meetings.
• Coordinate travel and logistics.
• Track strategic initiatives.
• Annual report filing for all corps.
• Annual Registration System for Award Management ("SAM") profile associated with this CAGE/UEID identification
• Sales Tax Exemption renewals
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements include an associate's degree; bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of executive administrative support preferred. Board support and formal minute-taking experience preferred. Excellent organization and written communication skills a plus. Microsoft Office proficiency, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities also necessary. Must have a valid driver's license, good driving history, meet driver insurability requirements, and reliable transportation. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional up completion of all background checks.
