Business Development Manager

About the Role:

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities across the Physical Data Security market within the United States. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and maintain strong channel partnerships and account prospects.. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales revenue by implementing targeted sales strategies and collaborating closely with the sales organization to align efforts. They will also analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions that enhance client satisfaction and competitive positioning. Ultimately, this role is essential for building long-term relationships that contribute to sustainable business success and market expansion.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Prior experience in Security sales
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales territory management and inside sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship development skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within a strategic sales environment or with complex sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic partnerships at a national level.
  • Previous experience in the United States market with knowledge of regional business practices.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales organization to design and implement effective sales strategies and territory plans.
  • Manage inside sales activities to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Monitor sales revenue performance and provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
