A growing skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced RN leader to join its team as an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) in the Bronx, NY . This is a great opportunity for a strong clinical leader looking to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
Support daily nursing operations and clinical oversight
Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff
Drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance
Support care planning and survey readiness
Partner with facility leadership to promote excellent resident care
Qualifications:
Active NY RN license
Skilled nursing experience required
Prior nursing leadership experience strongly preferred - Open to strong Unit Managers ready to step up!
Regulatory / compliance experience a major bonus
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
