• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous clerical, administrative, or quality-related experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize quality records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Enter, update, and verify data in quality management systems and spreadsheets
• Assist with document control, including revisions, tracking, and distribution
• Support quality audits by preparing files, records, and reports as requested
• Coordinate with quality, production, and management teams to ensure accurate information flow
• File, scan, and archive documents both electronically and physically
• Assist with nonconformance reports, corrective actions, and quality metrics tracking. Supports audit compliance (internal, customer, ISO/IATF/WPS)
• Perform general clerical duties such as copying, scheduling, and correspondence
