Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create personalized therapy regimens that empower them to reach their functional milestones.

Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Engage closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, holistic care.

Track Patient Progress: Collect and document clinical outcomes while modifying treatment approaches as necessary to maintain a trajectory toward recovery.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
