Create Personalized Therapy Plans: Analyze patients' needs and devise tailored treatment plans designed to help them reach their specific functional goals

Implement Therapeutic Measures: Leverage evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in conjunction with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic care

Educate Patients and Families: Empower patients and caregivers with knowledge about therapy methods to foster ongoing progress at home

Assess and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the path to success

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution

Encouragement and support for continuing education or postgraduate certifications

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
