Manager, Insurance Enterprise Risk & GRC

An insurance company has asked us to help them hire an Enterprise Risk & GRC Manager in Charlotte, NC. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and administration of the company's ERM framework, with a particular focus on risk registers, KRIs, controls, governance, reporting, and GRC systems. Candidates must have: 5–8+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, GRC, controls, governance, or a related risk function. Hands-on experience with either AuditBoard/Optro or another GRC platform. Hands-on experience supporting risk registers, KRIs, controls, risk assessments, governance reporting, issue/action tracking, or management reporting. Ability to work in the the company's Charlotte office all or most days per week. Strongly desired: Previous insurance, reinsurance, MGA, TPA, or fronting carrier experience. Experience with workflow automation, dashboards, Power BI, or Tableau. Relevant certifications such as ARM, CRM, RIMS-CRMP, CPCU, CRMA, CIA, CISA, or CPA. #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
