Job Description Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or for a complete line of business that may be regional or national in scope, often requiring associates in one or more location. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business units functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. Generally has full management responsibility over a relatively large team and may manage one or more levels of managers. Leads the support/administrative functions for a somewhat large department usually at a local level. Responsibilities may include budget analysis and recommendations, operations analysis, identification and resolution of work flow issues, associate training, service quality, process improvement. Resolves personnel, audit and/or budget issues by researching and analyzing unusual problems, administers bank programs and policies and provides interpretation to department. Requires an in-depth knowledge of bank policies and programs and of the departments functional operations. May direct workflow activities. Builds and manages Centers of Excellence (COE) based processes to centrally manage regulatory requirements. Responsibilities The Business Support Manager (Regulatory Management Team) will lead a team responsible for executing Regulatory Management activities. Providing guidance and coaching on requirements necessary to ensure adherence with internal policy and designated regulation Participating with work team to develop updates and training to any Front Line Unit (FLU) procedures for the designated regulation Serve as a point of contact and SME Supports the monitoring and testing of controls by evaluating data to identify issues and control improvements for remediation Supports the overall management of and research required for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews and evaluates data and information relevant to inspection metrics to support governance activities for dashboard reporting Managerial Responsibilities Opportunity & Inclusion Champion: Models an inclusive environment for employees and clients, aligned to company Great Place to Work goals. Driver of Business Outcomes: Delivers results by effectively prioritizing, inspecting and appropriately delegating team work Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, operational controls and/or LOB underwriting or operations Ability to navigate credit agreements, collateral documentation and loan documents Proficient in Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Teams skills Ability to work independently and self-manage multiple tasks at once Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to lead and execute while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude during times of pressure, adversity, or change Candidate must be highly organized Candidate must have the ability to solve complex problems, be detail oriented, and demonstrate a high regard for data accuracy Desired Qualifications Background in Real Estate based lending and regulations Experience and/or mastery of AI/CoPilot usage Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with leadership, Compliance, Audit and Credit Review on a regular basis Experience in Commercial Banking, credit underwriting, monitoring and collateral analysis and familiar with credit policy and procedures Regulatory, audit, and/or issue management experience Skills Controls Management Issue Management People Management Quality Assurance Risk Management Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Critical Thinking Problem Solving Written Communications Decision Making Innovative Thinking Prioritization Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience ^Will consider other Enterprise Credit locations for this role Shift 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week 40 #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket
