Executive Director

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and mission-driven leader to provide executive oversight and organizational direction. This role is responsible for guiding day-to-day operations, supporting long-term planning, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the organization is positioned for sustainable growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead organizational strategy, operational execution, and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with senior leadership, board members, and key stakeholders to advance goals and priorities.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial stewardship to support responsible growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, donors, clients, or community stakeholders as applicable.
• Develop and support high-performing teams through effective coaching, communication, and accountability.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data-informed insights to guide decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement, innovation, and increased organizational effectiveness.
• Represent the organization in public, professional, and community settings with professionalism and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a senior management or executive role.
• Demonstrated success in organizational planning, team leadership, and operational oversight.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and resources.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and outcomes.
• Experience working with boards, leadership teams, or external stakeholders preferred.
• Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
