As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Clearance Required in Colorado Springs, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or security-related policies at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, controlled areas, and/or perimeter locations to help identify concerns and support security-related operations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and document activity, visitor interactions, and/or incident details according to site guidelines.
• Support emergency response activities, follow post orders, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior that could impact daily operations at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Possess a valid Class B driver’s license with passenger endorsement.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
