Senior Capital Markets Associate
DLA Piper
Overview The associate will be practicing in public company reporting and compliance, corporate governance, and capital markets, working day to day with public companies. The role supports DLA Piper's national capital markets and public company advisory practice, which focuses on life science, technology, and digital asset verticals for innovative issuer and underwriter clients. Requires experience working with large cap and mid cap public companies on periodic reporting, proxy statements, and Section 13 and Section 16 filings. Demands strong knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as Nasdaq and New York Stock Exchange listing and governance requirements.
