Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Salary: Starting from $15 per hour

Expected hours: Part-time up to 32 hours per week / Full-Time 37-40 hours per week

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our team at Suds Factory Car Wash. As a GSA, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to potential and existing customers and ensuring a positive customer experience. Helping maintain cleanliness standards and other needs depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Promote our services through various sales and marketing strategies
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
• Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Provide support to other team members as needed
• Ensure cleanliness standards of the parking lot by general cleaning from sweeping to trash removal.
• Traffic control as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Weekends are a must

Physical Job Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter)
• Must be okay with getting wet while working in the wash
• Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift up
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds, up too 100 pounds with assistance
• Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
• Respond quickly to sounds
• Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
