Financial Reporting Consultant - Oracle Fusion

Job Description

StevenDouglas is partnering with a client that is in search of a Financial Reporting Consultant for a long term, 1 year engagement to support an ERP implementation. This position will be remote based with some in-office requirement in Houston required for testing cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead consolidation and governance of reports across multiple workstreams
\n
• Develop, test, and maintain financial and operational reports throughout the project lifecycle
\n
• Manage reporting across the entire ERP, including projects, fixed assets, general ledger, and accounts payable
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Strong accounting/finance background with GAAP knowledge
\n
• FERC regulatory experience preferred but not required
\n
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools including OTBI, SDI, BI Publisher, and dashboards
\n
• Experience with ERP implementations, ideally with Oracle Fusion
\n
• Process improvement experience related to accounting or ERP processes
\n
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
\n
• Tech-savvy with ability to work on both transactional and strategic design aspects
\n
• Hands-on experience with transactional accounting tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, and accounts payable
\n
• Ability to understand current processes and translate them into future system designs
\n
