AXIA GeoCapital is a privately held real estate investment company focused on acquiring, developing, repositioning and operating real estate assets across Florida.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to build and lead our digital presence from the ground up.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants true ownership rather than simply executing an existing social media calendar. You will help determine how AXIA GeoCapital and its properties show up online, build the strategy, create the content and turn digital attention into measurable business results.

The Role

The Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager will own social media and digital marketing strategy across AXIA GeoCapital and its portfolio of commercial and residential properties while maintaining the websites.

The primary objective is to build awareness of our properties and generate qualified leasing inquiries that can be passed to our property management and leasing teams.

You will take initiatives from ideation through execution, including strategy, content creation, publishing, community management, digital advertising, lead generation and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate is creative, commercially minded and highly self-directed. We are looking for someone who sees an opportunity, develops a plan and makes it happen.

What You'll Do

Build the strategy

· Develop AXIA GeoCapital's social media and digital marketing strategy from the ground up

· Establish and grow social profiles for the company and individual properties

· Develop distinct positioning, audiences and content strategies for commercial and residential assets

· Create quarterly and monthly content and campaign plans tied to leasing and occupancy objectives

· Identify new platforms, formats and marketing opportunities as the portfolio grows

Create and publish content

· Develop original content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms

· Visit properties to capture photo and video content

· Produce property tours, amenity showcases, neighborhood content, tenant and resident stories, construction and renovation updates, short-form video and other creative concepts

· Write engaging copy and maintain a consistent brand voice

· Manage the complete content calendar and publishing schedule

· Coordinate outside photographers, videographers, designers or other creative partners when needed

Generate leads

· Create digital campaigns designed to generate qualified inquiries for available apartments, offices and other spaces

· Build compelling calls to action directing prospective tenants toward property websites, inquiry forms and leasing teams

· Work closely with property managers and leasing teams to understand inventory, priorities and target tenants

· Test and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google and LinkedIn where appropriate

· Track leads from campaign through handoff to the relevant leasing or property management team

Measure and improve

· Establish KPIs for each property and platform

· Track qualified leads, website traffic, tours and inquiries in addition to audience growth and engagement

· Produce clear monthly performance reporting

· Use performance data to continually test creative, messaging, audiences and campaigns

· Stay current on social media trends, platform changes and emerging digital marketing opportunities

What We're Looking For

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field

· Approximately 3–5+ years of professional experience in social media, digital marketing, content or a related role

· Demonstrated experience taking ownership of social media or digital marketing strategy

· Strong content creation skills across both photo and video

· Excellent writing and communication skills

· Understanding of paid social media, digital advertising and lead generation

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect marketing activity to business results

· Comfortable working independently and taking projects from idea through execution

· Organized, proactive and able to manage marketing across multiple properties simultaneously

· Comfortable spending time on location at properties and occasionally traveling to AXIA properties, as needed for content creation and marketing initiatives

Preferred Experience

Experience in commercial real estate, office, multifamily residential real estate, property management, hospitality or another location-based business is strongly preferred.

Experience marketing lease-up properties, office space, apartment communities or other real estate assets is particularly valuable.

Working knowledge of tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar platforms is a plus.

Who Will Succeed Here

This role is best suited for someone entrepreneurial.

You won't be inheriting a large marketing department or an established social media playbook. You will have the opportunity to build both.

We want someone who can walk through one of our properties and immediately start seeing stories, campaigns and opportunities that other people might miss.

The right candidate combines the instincts of a content creator with the commercial mindset of a marketer.
