This role focuses on helping agents develop their sales skills, reach their production goals, and build strong client relationships.\n\nWe are partnered with over 25 industry-leading carriers, giving our agents access to a wide range of products designed to meet their clients’ needs.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\n Lead, coach, and support sales agents\n Help agents set and achieve sales and production goals\n Provide ongoing sales training and guidance\n Assist agents with sales presentations and client consultations\n Help agents develop effective prospecting and follow-up strategies\n Monitor sales activity and team performance\n Build strong relationships with agents and clients\n Support agents through the sales and application process\n Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements\n\n\nQualifications\n\n Sales or sales management experience preferred\n Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n Ability to coach, motivate, and support sales professionals\n Strong leadership and relationship management skills\n Goal-oriented with the ability to track and improve sales performance\n Self-motivated and able to work independently\n Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one\n Ability to work remotely\n\n\nIntegrity Health Plan\n\n Preventive services covered at 100%\n Nationwide network\n HSA eligible plans with $2,500 or $5,000 deductibles\n No open enrollment\n\n\nCompensation\n\n 1099 independent contractor\n 100% commission-based with performance incentives\n No cap on income\n Monthly bonuses paid on the 15th\n Residual income on the anniversary of client sales\n\n\nOur goal is to provide agents with the training, support, products, and resources they need to grow while helping individuals and families find financial protection.
