As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Screening Support in Bloomington, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener at a logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by screening people, packages, and/or vehicles in accordance with site procedures. You will maintain a visible presence, communicate professionally, document security-related activities, and help deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. Monday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Friday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Saturday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sunday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen individuals, packages, and/or property entering or leaving the logistics and distribution location in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry to help deter unauthorized access and potential loss.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter; document observations and report suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
