Job Responsibilities

The responsibility of our Front Counter and Drive-Thru team member is to provide the highest level of hospitality by continually going above and beyond to ensure guests have a remarkable experience.

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak in a friendly tone, make emotional connections
• Provide Second Mile Service, ensuring it's personal, proactive and generous
• Provide genuine hospitality and a welcoming and safe environment
• Strive to build great relationships with guests
• Take orders on registers inside and in drive-thru, providing correct change to customers
• Quickly bag and deliver food with order accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness in all aspects of the restaurant: dining room, play area, rest room, foyer, kitchen, parking lot, etc.
• Keep all stations stocked and clean; ensure trays are clean and available; remove trash from dining room; clean restrooms
• Other assigned duties, as all positions require teamwork and a willingness to serve others
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
• Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
• Adhere to the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Bohemia
• Follow Chick-fil-A uniform and appearance guidelines
• Treat all team members and guests with honor, dignity and respect

Team Members will have the opportunity to apply for Chick-fil-A's Remarkable Futures Scholarships. Scholarships can be used at any accredited two- or four-year college, university or technical/vocational school.

No Experience Is Necessary
