You're not just managing branches—you're shaping the future of care delivery across your region. This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct influence on patient outcomes, team engagement, and business success.What You'll OwnOperational Leadership & ExecutionLead day-to-day operations across multiple home health agencies, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high performanceStep in to support or directly manage branch operations when neededDrive accountability across local leadership, ensuring execution against priorities and goalsStrategy & GrowthDevelop and execute regional strategies to drive census growth, market expansion, and operational scalabilityPartner closely with clinical and sales leaders to align on growth initiatives and performance targetsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, develop, and mentor Branch Directors and operational leadersBuild a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvementProvide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and leadership developmentQuality & ComplianceEnsure all locations are survey-ready and operating in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsLead quality assurance initiatives and proactively address performance gapsPartner with teams to continuously elevate patient care and outcomesFinancial OwnershipOwn regional financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost managementAnalyze key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiencyCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with clinical, sales, HR, and executive leadership to drive aligned outcomesCommunicate regional performance, insights, and opportunities to senior leadershipWhat Sets You ApartProven ability to lead multi-site operations and drive measurable resultsStrong business acumen - you understand how operational decisions impact financial performanceA hands-on leader who can zoom in and out - from strategy to executionDeep understanding of home health regulations and compliance requirementsA natural coach and developer of people, with a passion for building strong teamsWhat You BringBachelor's degree required; Registered Nurse (RN) preferredMinimum of 3+ years of home health leadership experience, with multi-site or regional oversight strongly preferredExperience managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and driving operational improvementsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to travel regularly within your assigned regionOur CultureAt VitalCaring, our values guide everything we do: Trustworthy.
