In this role, you’ll design and implement compensation strategies that align with organizational goals. This is a hybrid position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, offering autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to work with mission-driven clients. How you'll make an impactHelp clients align their compensation strategies with their organizational objectives.Partner with clients to develop and implement tailored compensation plans. Analyze a variety of large data sets to gain insight into client compensation program effectivenessConduct market total compensation pricing analyses, benefit program reviews, incentive plan design, executive performance appraisals, board governance assessments and other analyses related to total rewardsAssist with drafting reports to deliver insights to client HR teams and board membersParticipate in discussions to uncover client needs and project goals. Work closely with consultants, analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional service. About YouBachelor's degree and 1-3 years in compensation and rewards, ideally within the healthcare or non-profit spaceStrong Excel skills (including lookup functions, data visualization, logical functions, data validation, VBA, etc.)Analytical thinking, and clear communication. Experience working with large data sets and many sources of dataBachelor’s degree required (related fields in healthcare administration, finance, statistics, accounting)You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently. You enjoy asking questions and identifying solutions. Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
