• Conduct routine and advanced diagnostic laboratory testsencompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondadhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance as well as calibration of laboratory devices.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all laboratory procedures, guide newcomers or students, and contribute to maintaining laboratory quality measures.
• Uphold a pristine, safe working environment while conforming to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, combined with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Necessary

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within one year of hiring.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout employment duration.
