Job Description \n \n \n Discover a more connected career \n \n \n At Professional Teleconcepts, as a Tower Foreman, you’ll assist in the construction, installation, and maintenance of communications tower and support structures. \n \n Pay Range: $30–$35 per hour \n \n #IND1 \n \n \n \n \n Connecting you to great benefits \n \n \n \n Weekly Paychecks \n Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays \n Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) \n 401(k) w/ Company Match \n Stock Purchase Plan \n Education Reimbursement \n Legal Insurance \n Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! \n \n \n \n \n \n What you’ll do \n \n \n \n Climbing and working on communications towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, \n and repairing antenna systems equipment; performs tower maintenance under close \n supervision. \n Complete required Pro-Tel and customer daily reports as required. \n Lead and document the daily job task safety analysis (JTSA) \n Ability to successfully perform, sweep, PIM and OTDR testing. \n Complete PPE Inspection. \n Ability to follow assembly instructions, proper tool use, donning of harness, climbing \n techniques. \n Ability to read and interpret the drawings and use the information contained. \n Complete setup of a capstan hoist, hoisting operations using different rigging \n configurations (trolley/tag system and heel block system). \n Use and care of hand tools. \n Respect the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction equipment, and \n working on or near energized lines and equipment. \n The ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with 50 lb. load. \n Analyzing situations accurately and adopting an appropriate course of action. \n Good written and oral communication skills. \n Recognize safety hazards, perform Job Task Safety Analysis (JTSA) and perform duties \n in a safe manner. \n Working knowledge of basic hand tools, mechanical equipment, and electro-mechanical \n equipment. \n \n \n \n \n \n What you’ll need \n \n \n \n To be 18 years of age or older \n Authorization to work in the United States for this company \n 3+ years of industry experience previous tower climbing experience \n Possession of a valid driver license. \n Requires travel and overnight stays for extended periods of time \n \n \n Physical abilities & exposures \n \n \n Work environment \n \n Work outside in all weather conditions including seasonally hot or cold temperatures and \n in climate weather. \n May be required to work day, evening, or night hours and overtime, weekends, and out-of-town assignments for extended periods of time. \n May be required to attend training to acquire mandatory certifications. \n \n Physical demands \n \n Work outside in all weather conditions including seasonally hot or cold temperatures and \n in climate weather. \n The ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with 50 lb. load. \n Use and care of hand tools. \n Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel and squat to perform duties. \n \n \n \n \n \n The wage range for Tower Foreman is$30.00 - $35.00 . \n \n Why work with us \n Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
