Playground Construction Supervisor

Job Description

We’re looking for a Playground Construction Supervisor based in Long Island, NY, to help manage multiple installation crews working on playground projects across the country. If you have construction know-how and enjoy coordinating people and projects, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee and support multiple playground construction crews on job sites nationwide
Manage projects remotely through daily phone and video calls with on-site crews
Coordinate gravel prep, cement pours, equipment deliveries, and installation schedules
Keep projects running smoothly, safely, and on time
Communicate regularly with crew leads, general contractors, and our internal team
Recognize & troubleshoot issues quickly and keep timelines on track
Review internal reports needed to analyze crew efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

Some construction experience, especially dealing with earth moving equipment, calculating gravel & cement quantities, & playground/site installs
Experience leading or coordinating crews in the field
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
Strong multitasking and organizational skills; you’ll be handling multiple projects in different states
Solid communication skills and a hands-on, problem-solving approach
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing teams remotely
