Accounts Receivable Manager / Financial Analyst

Senior Accounts Receivable Manager / Financial Analyst A privately owned Tier I automotive supplier is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join the team as a Senior Accounts Receivable Manager / Financial Analyst. This position plays a key role in managing accounts receivable operations while supporting leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and operational coordination. Location: Livonia, MI (Onsite) Salary: $75-90k base salary Full Benefits: Key Responsibilities Manage all Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and account tracking Review, track, and maintain customer purchase orders and sales documentation Prepare and analyze program job costing reports Support senior leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and general accounting activities Assist Sales with reporting, presentations, and customer-related information requests Partner with Operations on supplier and customer-related financial functions Maintain accurate financial records and reporting processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or related accounting functions Automotive industry experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of standard accounting practices and financial analysis Advanced Excel skills, including: XLOOKUP PivotTables SUMIF Experience working with ERP systems Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively across departments Preferred Background Experience supporting manufacturing or automotive operations Familiarity with customer purchase order management and cost reporting Comfortable interacting with leadership, sales teams, and operations personnel #J-18808-Ljbffr Crawford Thomas Recruiting
