Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.Applicants will be notified via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day field operations for one or multiple construction projectsExecute project scope, schedule, and plans in accordance with contract requirementsCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelManage project sequencing, logistics, and site productivityTrack daily production, site costs, and schedule performanceReview and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittalsPrepare and manage RFIs, change orders, and field documentationConduct and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly project meetingsEnsure all work complies with contract documents, quality standards, and engineering practicesEnforce jobsite safety requirements and lead safety meetings, inspections, and auditsMaintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with OSHA and EM 385-1-1 standardsServe as primary on-site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholdersProvide regular reporting on project status, progress, and risksResolve field issues, conflicts, and constraints in real timeSupport project closeout, inspections, and final documentationRequired (Minimum Necessary) QualificationsEducation Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalentLevel of Experience Requirements: 5+ years of construction experience, including experience as a Superintendent or Site SupervisorProven experience managing commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or federal construction projectsAbility to manage multiple subcontractors and concurrent projects or task ordersStrong ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documentsExperience with scheduling, cost tracking, and project reportingOSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)U.S. Citizenship (if required by contract)Ability to obtain base access and/or security clearance as requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness and ability to travel up to 100%.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other CharacteristicsStrong leadership and field decision-making capabilityEffective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWorking knowledge of construction methods, materials, and systems (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.)Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-related softwareAbility to operate independently with minimal supervisionHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and accountabilityNecessary Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. The employee is required to be on the job sites regularly and will be subject to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is required to stand, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
