About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Revenue Operations to spearhead the development and management of the commercial operating foundation that is essential for the organization's growth. This executive will be responsible for the full spectrum of commercial capabilities, including sales operations, revenue forecasting, pipeline management, CRM governance, commercial analytics, proposal operations, pricing insights, sales compensation, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to various commercial teams, bringing alignment, visibility, and operational discipline while building the necessary infrastructure to support sustainable growth. Key duties include translating growth objectives into operating plans, leading the commercial operating cadence, and identifying opportunities to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency. Applicants for the Vice President of Revenue Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years' of experience in revenue operations or a related discipline. A strong background in utility consulting, energy services, or similar industries is required, with a proven track record of supporting a revenue organization exceeding $250 million annually. The role demands a leader with deep expertise in commercial technology governance, strong financial and business acumen, and the ability to influence executive leaders.
