Talent Sourcing Specialist: Strategic Pipelines (6-Week)

United Way of Greater Los Angeles is seeking a temporary Talent Sourcer for a six-week assignment to support proactive talent pipelining following the launch of our new strategic plan. This role will focus on expanding candidate pipelines through market research, creative sourcing, targeted outreach, and initial candidate screening.
