Learn more about us at About the Role The Procurement Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement process and ensuring efficient operations within the company. Responsibilities Prepare and schedule direct orders with vendors and business partners. Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls with vendors and business partners. Develop systems to balance supply purchases, pricing, and overall vendor deals for the company. Maintain calendars for meetings, tasks, and upcoming events. Follow up with suppliers, vendors, and business partners regarding purchases, pricing, and business agreements. Maintain inventory control by managing supply levels and usage. Handle material returns with suppliers. Track incoming orders and follow up on expected deliveries. Monitor pricing and supply shortages company-wide. Meet deadlines for ordering and repurchasing items. Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies. Qualifications Strong professionalism in all forms of communication. Computer literacy required. Proficiency in Gmail and Excel required. Knowledge of GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) is a plus. Required Skills Strong professionalism in all forms of communication.
