Redwire Space is seeking an independent and driven Senior Lead for Business Development and Capture to work remotely, ideally in the Denver, CO area. You will lead proposals and pursue commercial and civil space opportunities, with a focus on growing bookings and building strategic customer relationships.
The role requires 10+ years in BD (B2B/B2G), 8+ years in space systems/aerospace, and strong proposal and negotiation skills.
