THERAPIST (LICENSED)

Responsibilities Conduct remote tele-video one-on-one psychotherapy, assessing new client histories, and determining appropriate treatment options in consultation with the patient and other mental health professionals. Consults with Clinical Manager in the development and facilitation of program activities which assures an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients. Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances. Conducts and documents ongoing assessment of patient progress in approved platform(s). Evaluate and document effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, interventions and patient responses. We connect people to the right care when and where they need it. Qualifications Active clinical licensure in the state of California. Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field. Active Clinical licensure and experience (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC). Comfortable with technology and distance-based management of patients.
