Job Description
The Commercial Property Manager will oversee and coordinate operations for commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient property management. Reporting directly to the Property Director and working within a small team of 1-5 members, this role involves managing leases, coordinating maintenance, and negotiating contracts. Occasional travel to various property sites is expected. This position offers opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly
- Administer leases and ensure compliance with terms
- Coordinate property maintenance and repair activities
- Oversee vendor performance and contracts
- Negotiate contracts to benefit property operations
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in commercial property management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential
- Expertise in property management, lease administration, and tenant relations
- Strong skills in contract negotiation and building maintenance oversight
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and time management abilities
