Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Benefits: Employee discounts Paid time off About the Role: Stratton Group Keller Williams is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team. This is your opportunity to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in a fast-paced real estate environment, keeping deals on track and clients thrilled from contract to close. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from executed contract through closing Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and escrow officers Track contract deadlines, contingency periods, and critical milestones to ensure timely closings Prepare, review, and organize transaction documents for compliance and accuracy Maintain and update transaction management software and CRM platforms Provide regular status updates to clients and agents throughout the transaction process Assist with scheduling inspections, appraisals, and final walkthroughs Requirements: Prior experience in real estate transactions, escrow, or a related field preferred Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and closing processes is a plus Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with transaction management tools such as KW Command, Follow Up Boss, or similar platforms Active Real Estate License is a plus but not required Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment About Us: Stratton Group Keller Williams is a high-performing real estate team based in Arizona with multiple expansion locations backed by the world-renowned Keller Williams brand and its industry-leading tools and training.
