Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own how our company shows up in the market from positioning and messaging to the campaigns, content, events, and customer advocacy that drive growth. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with broad ownership across marketing. You'll work closely with Sales leadership to develop our go-to-market strategy and messaging, then execute across key channels including digital, paid media, content, events, and customer marketing. We're looking for a strategic marketer who can independently move from strategy to execution, identify what will have the greatest impact, and build the programs to make it happen. Key Responsibilities: Brand, messaging & content Set external positioning and messaging in alignment with the Head of Sales, and keep it consistent everywhere it shows up Own website copy, landing pages, and overall brand voice Run LinkedIn as a thought-leadership channel for RedFlag Source and write case studies and customer success stories including pulling the narrative together when Product or CS only supplies the technical detail Write pricing page copy and communicate packaging changes clearly to the market Demand generation, paid media & directories Build and run lead generation campaigns Own SEO and AEO optimization Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Bing - you are expected to do this without ramp time. Run and optimize our presence on G2 and Capterra: positioning, review volume, and keeping collateral on both platforms current Launches & events Own external launch communications for new features - blog posts, customer emails, and social announcements Run event marketing, webinars, and represent RedFlag at conferences Build out a PR function: press strategy, outreach, and coverage Build sales enablement collateral: one-pagers and pitch decks Own competitive positioning and market research, and keep the sales team current on both Customer advocacy, reviews & reputation Manage customer testimonials, referral programs, and our reviews and ratings presence Actively run review-generation campaigns for both G2 and Capterra, not just respond to what comes in What you'll need 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a role that owned both brand and demand generation Proven, hands-on expertise running paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Bing- this is a key skill Strong writer who can hold a consistent voice across a website, a pitch deck, and a LinkedIn post Experience turning customer conversations into case studies, including when the technical detail comes from someone else Comfortable partnering directly with sales leadership on positioning and messaging Experience managing a G2 or Capterra presence, including running review campaigns Nice to have Experience with analyst relations or PR SEO/AEO experience beyond the basics Event or webinar production experience Experience marketing to safety, compliance, or emergency-communication buyers #J-18808-Ljbffr
